Overview

The Vulcan VRH88 is a double compartment cook and hold oven, comprised of two VRH8 combined together. The VRH88 is capable of cooking and holding eight 18" x 26" sheet pans or sixteen 12" x 20" steam table pans per individual compartment. It can cook at a temperature range of 100° to 250° F and can hold food from 100° to 190° F. The VRH88 also features a control panel that allows you to regulate the cooking time, cooking temperature, and holding temperature. All of this is housed in a dent resistant 20 gauge stainless steel finish that will fit well with other commercial products.
