The True 802399 condensate pan heater helps to promote the evaporation of this water in order to prevent the pan from overflowing onto the floor. An improperly working condensate pan heater can result in dangerous conditions for your employees or customers because of water that has overflowed onto the floor. If the condensate pan heater on your True spec line cooler is malfunctioning, replace it with the True 802399 today and get it shipped to you fast. This part retrofits the True 802312 previously used.
