  • Individually controlled burners at 35,000 BTU output per burner.
  • Heavy duty reversible cast iron 5" x 21" top grates.
  • True char-broiled flavor with natural volcanic char rock. As juices drip on rocks they produce seering flames and smoke that enhances the flavor of the food being prepared.
  • Built-in grease runners allows excess fat to flow to grease gutter minimizing flair up.
  • Top grates may be positioned flat or sloped.
  • Full width removable grease tray for easy cleaning.
