Can you ship this to a residence?

Unfortunately, hot-side equipment items cannot regularly be shipped to a residential address. áThis is for several reasons, not the least of which is the fact that the company refuses to do so. áMoreover, a commercial item like this requires a commercial hood with a fire-suppression system, usually requires rewiring your home, is not insulated (i.e. will burn a child's hand if he/she touches any surface of it, and will need non-combustible barriers places on walls around it), and will almost invariably void your home owners insurance. á The same is the case with most commercial hot products, whereas a cold products item like a commercial freezer or ice maker is fine. my wife and I love eating our food off of grills like this,can these be built in or do you have a model that can,we do not have access to gas do these run off of 110 looking to buy one very asap

These griddles do not come in 110 volt, only 208/240 volt. You can see some of the installation option on page 4 of the manual:
