A stove to love

We bought our Imperial IR-6 20 years ago ( 1995), and are very pleased. We owned and ran a popular Bistro for 20 years, and along with that line of work we attended over 30 culinary and cooking schools, and we still love our Imperial the best! A pot of rise on the burner,by bringing to a boil,then turn off with pilot lite only for about 20 min, cooks perfectly. The oven bakes bread or meat beautifully. Cleans easily. Brian and Beth
