No ventilation? No problem.

The layout of your kitchen can be largely dependent on the equipment you use. You might need to place your oven in a corner or up against a wall so that it has access to ventilation. The Lincoln Ventless DCTI V2502/1346 50" electric conveyor oven allows for more flexibility in how you set up your kitchen because it doesn't have this requirement. The DCTI V2502/1346 is equipped with an internal catalytic convertor, which limits smoke, grease, and odor emissions. It gives you the freedom to place it almost anywhere. Of course, you'll have to abide by local safety codes, but this will give you more options in how you position your oven.

This added versatility does not come at the cost of functionality or ease of use. For example, making delicious calzones or hot sandwiches requires two steps: set the temperature and place the food on the conveyor. The Air Impingement Technology shoots jets of hot air onto food as it passes through the oven compartment, which results in shorter cooking times and crispier textures. After 5-6, minutes, you'll have food ready for your eager customers.
