Can this fryer be converted to lp propane gas

Asked by: brenda
Great question! The units come preconfigured for either natural gas or liquid propane (you make the choice at checkout). A unit configured for natural gas can be converted to LP at a later date, but it must be done by a Hobart service technician. Let us know if we can help further!
