The Vulcan VCCB25 is one tough cooking machine. Reversible, sloped grates are uniquely outfitted to make cleaning a breeze, or if you simply like level broiling. An underburner deflector system keeps heat flowing upward. This creates cool zones beneath the burner, which means that more of your heat is going toward cooking food, not heating the kitchen. The VCCB25 uses long lasting heavy duty cast iron so you don't have to replace your broiling grates every year.
