Vulcan VTEC60 110K BTU Gas Infrared Charbroiler
The Vulcan VTEC60 charbroiler cooks with infrared technology by using indirect heat to cook food. High intensity panels are set on top of the VTEC’s burners and give off heat (22,000 BTU/hr. for each burner), evenly cooking your food. The competition does not use infrared panels, a problem which easily contributes to flare-ups that dry out and char your steak, chicken, or kebabs. Since the VTEC isn't going to dry your food out, the final food product will be thicker and juicier than the competition.
Infrared heating also provides unparalleled uniformity in temperature to the grilling surface. Because of the VTEC uniformity, it will only vary in temperature about ten to twenty degrees max, whereas a competitor's charbroiler will typically vary by hundreds of degrees. Not only is the entire cooking process made easier, but the infrared heating also creates more usable grill space.
Preheating only takes about 20 minutes from the time you first fire up your charbroiler. Perhaps the best part about this feature is that you can turn your charbroiler off and on during the day on an as needed basis, as the VTEC saves gas by having no standing pilot light. If that was not enough, this machine really stands because VTEC charbroilers deliver fast preheating times but only use half the gas of regular charbroilers available today.
