Video Overview | Vitamix Blending Station Advance

Hey guys, Chef Roger here. We're going to talk about Vitamix today, specifically the Blending Station Advance. What's great about this blender is that it has 30+ preset programs. There's also a pulsing high and low, and there's a manual control too, a continuous control as well too. It's got an enclosed lid. So what we're going to do is we're going to make a blueberry, raspberry, orange smoothie. So I'm going to take the Advance canister off. I'm going to add my ingredients: frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, and also some orange juice to incorporate all those ingredients.

We're going to put the lid on, because it's very important to put the lid on. We're going to set it in place, and I'm actually going to show you how to run this manually. So what we're going to do is we're going to hit start. We're going to push the button up. You can see the percentage is growing as I do that. Let's stop at 75%, let that run 45 seconds, and I simply hit stop. So let's see what this smoothie looks like. Looks great, no ice crystals, not too thick, very enjoyable. Thank you guys. Roger, talking about Vitamix. Appreciate your time.
