Vollrath's new In-Chamber boil-in bags are designed to pick up where other vacuum sealer bags fall short. You no longer have to choose between a quality vacuum sealer bag and one with a high cooking temperature threshold. Sous Vide (submerged water-bath cooking) can now be performed at temperatures as high as 100 °C.

These bags are also designed to properly seal and keep your food products fresher for a longer period of time and there's the added benefit of a BPA-free bag which ensures the safety of your products
