Hey guys, Chef Roger here. We're going to talk about Vitamix, specifically the Vita-Prep 3. This unit is a variable speed blender. It's got an on/off switch, a variable speed dial, and a high/low setting. It's a three horsepower unit. It's great for culinary products, for chopping, pureeing. And what we're going to do right now is make some rice flour for you.
