Overview

The Vulcan V60F gas range provides restaurants with both value and funcitonality. It features 6 burners, 2 ovens, and a 24" griddle in a fully MIG welded frame, and comes with 6" adjustable legs for stability. The Vulcan V60F also features an oven thermostat that's adjustable from Low to 500° F, giving cooks a wide temperature range to work with. Each oven features an oven rack along with four rack positions allowing a variety of different types of food to be cooked. In all, the V60F provides restaurant owners with a dependable range from an industry leader.

What do you use to clean the griddle? The range is in our church kitchen and I don't think anyone has ever cleaned the griddle top. It is very sticky withhold grease. thank You, M. Strickland

Though you are welcome to contact the manufacturer for specific instructions, many griddles can be cleaned using the following steps: 1) scrape the griddle with a grill scraper each time you cook food to prevent build up, 2) remove grease from the trough and grill container each day, scrub with a grill brick daily, 3) each week clean the cool griddle with a degreaser, also coating the griddle with a small amount of cooking oil will help prevent rust. Again, the manufacturer might have different instructions, but these are the basic steps I would recommend to get you started.
