The R-CD2200M features 2200W of cooking power, enabling it to cook over twice as fast as Sharp’s medium-duty microwaves (R-21LCF, R-21LVF, and R-21LTF). However, for those dishes that need slower cooking, Sharp equipped the R-CD2200M with 11 power settings, so you can cook your dishes with just the right amount of intensity. You can even program the R-CD2200M to cook a dish at multiple power levels with 4-Stage Programming or to defrost at multiple power levels with Express Defrost™.
