I think that a cast iron skillet is one of the best pieces of cooking equipment to have in your home or restaurant. As long as you take care of them, they last, well, a really long time. And they’re just plain fun to cook with. My wife gave me a grill with cast iron plates and I am really enjoying its versatility and durability.
