Arctic Air's ARCB series of front-breathing refrigerated chef bases are the perfect addition to your kitchen. This particular model, the ARCB48, is the perfect size to tuck into small spaces but still has two large drawers. A standard marine edge lines the top of these units, reducing the waste and messiness of spilled food and liquids. Expertly designed to maximize efficiency, the chef base top is insulated which minimizes heat transfer from the surface into the refrigerated cabinet area. All drawers on the ARCB48 have been equipped with magnetic gaskets that can be easily removed for cleaning; the condensing unit is accessible from the front, providing painless maintenance. Stainless steel drawer facings, linings, and frames, along with the front-facing stainless steel exterior, ensure longevity and durability. Additionally, Arctic Air engineered their refrigerated chef bases with electronic thermostats featuring a digital LED display which offers precise temperature readings on a readable screen.
