If you want to serve delicious coffee efficiently to your small restaurant, cafe, or coffee shop, we have the perfect solution for you: Fetco's dual-warmer 0.5 gallon CBS-2121PW Pour Over Coffee Brewer. This brewer is constructed with a spray head making it stand out among its competitors. Rather than water dripping through only one hole into the center of the coffee bed, the spray head causes the water to be evenly distributed across the bed, allowing you to consistently brew balanced and flavorful coffee.

The on/off switch on the front panel is lighted and easily accessible. Because you will no longer have to remember to plug or unplug your brewer everyday, this switch gives you ample control over the unit. This brewer also has a LED green ready light that will inform you exactly when the brewer is ready to make another delicious pot of coffee.

To brew, evenly distribute 115 grams of fresh ground coffee in the filter and slide the brew basket into place. After placing an empty server under the basket, fill a carafe with fresh water and pour it into the screened section at the top of the brewer. This will start the brewing process which takes approximately five minutes to complete.

This "plug and play" brewer comes equipped with two efficient, self-adjusting warmers which will keep your coffee warmed evenly without burning it. However, we wouldn’t recommend leaving the brewed batches of coffee on the burners for an extended period of time. Illuminated, easy-to-use warmer switches just below the ready light will inform you that the warming plates are on, keeping the coffee warm until you are ready to serve. These warmers pair perfectly with the Fetco D068 Regular and D069 Decaf 1.9 Liter Glass Coffee Servers (sold separately in packs of three). With these glass carafes, you can fill your venue with the delicious smell of coffee and monitor coffee levels simultaneously.
