An innovative feature, the Cascading Dome Spray (CDS) on the CBS-1232 Plus, effectively prevents lime and mineral buildup on the spray head. This is achieved by allowing water to flow over the dome's outer surface instead of relying on small drain holes that are common in other batch brewers.
