Ice-O-Matic's GEM0956A produces the popular Pearl Ice, which is designed to be soft and chewable and to cool beverages faster and longer. It comes standard with a monitoring system that constantly checks the system and shuts it down if necessary to prevent costly repairs. Also, the GEM0956A features a water sensor that eliminates low or no water failures.
