Ice-O-Matic's ICE1506HR features a built-in antimicrobial protection designed to fight against bacterial growth, resulting in a cleaner unit and cleaner ice. The ICE1506HR also comes with a harvest assist feature to ensure consistent ice production while reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, it comes housed in a sleek, corrosion-resistant stainless steel finish that will go well in any commercial kitchen.

• Remote-cooled ice machines cost less in the long-run to operate, but start-up costs are greater.
• Half-dice cube is perfect for mixed drinks and carbonated beverages.
