Hey everyone, this is Daniel with Prima Supply, and I'm going to show you how to change out your blade assembly on your Vitamix container. So, first off, you need your retainer nut wrench that's made by Vitamix, and you can get this off of our website or from Vitamix. So first, turn your container upside-down. Then place the nut wrench on there, it only works one way, and you can just unscrew it like this, counterclockwise. And if you're having trouble, which makes sense, kind of put it in a chokehold, and then it's going to pop off like that. So I wanted to show you, because sometimes people get stuck, and people think that, you know, I don't want to break it. You've just got to go for it.
Vitamix Containers
Vitamix containers are made of Tritan copolyester, which is scratch, shatter, and chemical resistant.
Check it outSo we're going to unscrew this. And then, place it over a cloth. You want to take the wrench out, and then sometimes it pops out. Sometimes it gets kind of stuck back up in there, so you can always just kind of hit it with your hand, like that. Grab your new blade assembly. And then you're going to put it in here, and it only fits one way, really, because there are the two sides, flat side on both. So it's pretty obvious when it fits in. And then grab your cloth so that you can kind of hold onto the blade. And get your nut again and just start to twist it back on. You want that to be finger tight. And all you're going to do after that is grab your retainer nut wrench and get it on until it's nice and snug. And that's all there is to it, that's how to change out your blade assembly. Thanks for watching.
