Check it outThis is an SR-42, which is a 43 pound capacity. The Dean Super Runner is an economy fryer that's really built to give you a lot of performance at a low cost. This particular fryer is 105,000 BTUs.
It comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty, and a full 5-year pot warranty, which is very rare on an economy fryer. This is a tube-style fryer, which provides you a very large cold zone, which gives you a lot of flexibility when frying. This particular fryer would be good for anything from French fries all the way to bone-in chicken, which would have a lot of heavy sediment.
This has a millivolt thermostat, which requires no power connection for your thermostat, so it's really versatile and can be used in a lot of different areas. Available in natural gas or LP, the Dean SR series is available in a 43 pound, a 50 pound, and a 75 pound. Thank you.
