Hi folks. Nick from Prima Supply here and I'm very excited to introduce a new line of refrigeration from WestWind. WestWind is going to be an economy line in refrigeration that offers all of the functions and features of some of the larger name brands, but without the hassle of the price. In today's video, we're going to be covering the Prep Table series. This series includes a 27, 47, as well as a 60-inch wide prep table, or a 47-inch mega top. This guy next to me here is the WST 47, which is a regular 47-inch wide prep table. Some of the standard features you'll find on our prep tables will be the stainless steel exterior, the easy-to-reach recessed door handles, as well as the pre-installed casters which make installation a breeze as well as moving the unit for ease of cleaning.

Check it outTaking a look at the top, we'll notice that we have a 10-inch wide cutting board, an insulated lid, and then one of my favorite features are the notched pan dividers. This will make replenishing and restocking food during a shift much easier without the fear of dropping anything down below. Now taking a look at what's down below. We'll notice that we have our doors that will stay open automatically after 90 degrees, a one row of PVC cuttage shelving which is fully adjustable for the top half of the bottom portion of the unit, and a temp control that's located in the bottom right-hand portion. These doors are self-closing. So before that 90 degree mark, they'll close on their own. All of our prep tables come with a one-year parts and labor warranty, as well as a five-year warranty on the compressor.
