Turbo Air's TST-28SD-12-N comes with 4 more pans than the TST-28SD, allowing restaurants to prepare a wider variety of salads and sandwiches. Like Turbo Air's other prep tables, the TST-28SD-12-N features an oversized refrigeration system designed to create faster cooling times and a cold air compartment to help preserve food longer. It also comes standard with long-lasting stainless steel shelves to prevent unsanitary conditions. All of this is housed in a sleek stainless steel exterior that will fit well in any commercial kitchen.
