Like Turbo Air's other prep tables, the TST-72SD-30-N features an oversized refrigeration system designed to create faster cooling times and a cold air compartment to help preserve food longer. It also comes standard with long-lasting stainless steel shelves to prevent unsanitary conditions. All of this is housed in a sleek stainless steel exterior that will fit well in any commercial kitchen.
